Your Special Day
Two weeks prior to your special day, we will meet with you to discuss all of the details. We will fill out a time schedule so we know what special activities you will be doing and when to start them. We want to know everything about your reception. We use this information to coordinate with your photographer, videographer and caterer to ensure that your event will run flawlessly and on time. You will be asked to fill out a music format sheet two weeks prior to the event. This form tells us the type of music and the song titles that you would like played or not played at your reception. We call these the "Must Plays" and the "Don't Plays". We always take requests, but it is based on your music format sheet. With thousands of song titles to choose from, you will always have full control of the music played at your reception.
